The city of Waukesha makes it difficult to get rid of large amounts of yard waste -- flowers, weeds, etc. You either pay them for the privilege of taking it from you, after hauling it to the disposal site yourself, or you try to make kindling of it, which doesn't work so well while the material is still wet. Grr.
